There’s no compromise here. Behind this single cask, an atmosphere emerges: that of noble, aged leather, shot through with notes of aged rum. We sense that something rare is brewing. On the palate, the tension mounts with a dense and warm palette: currants, prunes, melting coconut. The whole evolves into a long and refined finish, marked by a touch of dark chocolate orangette. Aged in ex-Morgon barrels, Côte de Py, this single cask invites contemplation, between depth and finesse.
