SULLIVANS COVE American Oak

American Oak Second-Fill excel in capturing the essence of Sullivans Cove’s spirit, reflecting the core identity of the distillery. These whiskies undergo maturation in casks previously used for aging an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. Meticulously selected, only the highest quality casks are chosen to mature a second whisky.
