PROFILE : This buckwheat whisky unveils a rich and floral profile, highlighted by notes of honey, roasted fruit and heather. After a double distillation in a direct-fired pot still, the distillate is matured in French Limousin oak casks. DID YOU KNOW ? Distillerie des Menhirs is the first to have produced a whisky made exclusively from buckwheat, known as “eddu” in Breton.
