Cleveland Underground Black Cherry Wood Bourbon

At Cleveland Whiskey, they are innovators. They push the boundaries of convention by using a patented process called Pressure Aging™ to escape the limitations of solely using a passive oak barrel environment for flavor. They apply this process to finish a classic bourbon recipe with Black Cherry Wood. The result, a spirit that is unquestionably and deliciously different.

Underground Black Cherry Wood bourbon delivers a unique rich textured and well-rounded bourbon with light flavor from the cherry wood with a slightly tart, slightly sweet spice note. No added sugar, artificial flavor or preservatives.
