Baker’s Single Barrel Bourbon

#16 Whisky Advocate Top 20 Whiskies of 2019

“My Bourbon follows our Beam family tradition of putting our best secrets inside the bottle, not here on the label. I’ve distilled six generations of Bourbon skill into this bottle. (That’s a lot of secrets!) Please savor its smooth flavor over ice, with a splash of water, or however you take your Bourbon.” -Baker Beam

Made from the recipe preferred by Baker Beam, grand nephew of the legendary Jim Beam, Baker’s Bourbon embodies over six generations of distilling experience. Baker’s Bourbon utilizes a special strain of jug yeast that has been in the Baker’s family for over 60 years. This time tested yeast provides Baker’s with a silky smooth texture and consistent taste from batch to batch. The mix of grains, yeast and seven soothing years in new oak combine to give this bourbon a deeply mellow, richly flavorful, medium bodied taste.

Baker’s is best served in a snifter with a splash of spring water. Bakers is a remarkably smooth bourbon. Intensely flavorful, full-bodied and ideally balanced, it is preferred by Cognac aficionados, making for an excellent after dinner drink.
