Dark Arts Act I: Nocturne in Pineau 8yr Bourbon

Act I: Nocturne in Pineau – 119.94 Proof

C.W.C. Private Barrel Selection (Craft Whiskey Collective)

Dark Arts Act I: Nocturne in Pineau stands as a masterfully crafted 8-year bourbon finished in Pineau des Charentes casks, bottled at 119.94 proof. This C.W.C. Private Barrel Selection from Craft Whiskey Collective represents one of their most ambitious Crimson profile picks—a deeply layered expression that showcases dense red fruit, blackberry jam, wine-soaked oak, and old leather. A subtle fermented fruit note evolves continuously as the spirit opens in the glass, while the finish extends with remarkable richness and complexity. The wine cellar influence is unmistakable, creating a bourbon that rewards patient exploration and reveals new dimensions with each sip.
