JAPANESE WHISKY : Kanosuke single malt is a whisky from Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan. PROFILE : This whisky displays a complex and fruity profile, featuring notes of honey, citrus and sweet oak. Produced with a small proportion of peated malt, the distillate is partly matured in shochu casks. DID YOU KNOW ? The distillery has three pot stills of different shapes to vary the profiles of its distillates. SERVING SUGGESTIONS : This Japanese whisky can be enjoyed neat in a tulip glass.
