HELLYERS ROAD Sherry Mature Casks

This unique and limited fully sherry cask matured single malt whisky has been carefully nurtured over 7 years in our premium Oloroso casks. The combination of our signature spirit flavour profile complimented by soft, sweet fruit furnishings creates a single malt whisky that embodies the ‘less is more’ philosophy. While many Sherry cask releases rely on a battering of Christmas fruit richness to deliver flavour, at Hellyers Road, we believe in the harmonious balance between our unique spirit, our premium casks and the nuances of the aging process. Strength and subtlety sip after sip.
